These terms govern your use of Leclerc Serge Translation & Localization Services. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
We provide technical document translation, website localization, and proofreading services for businesses expanding into European markets. Each project is defined by a written scope of work agreed upon by both parties before commencement.
You must provide source materials in a readable format, clarify any ambiguous terminology, and respond to queries within three business days. Delays in feedback may affect delivery timelines.
All translated deliverables become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized project data for quality improvement and portfolio examples unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We treat all client documents as confidential. Our team signs NDAs and data is stored on encrypted servers. We do not share your materials with third parties without explicit consent.
Each project includes one round of revisions for factual or terminology errors reported within 14 days of delivery. Additional revisions or changes to the original scope are billed separately.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of business or data, even if advised of the possibility.
Either party may terminate a project with seven days written notice. You are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment or breach of terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cork, Ireland.
